The current COVID-19 global pandemic has put unprecedented strains on local, regional and global supply chains. This is leading to the delay in production with the largest to smallest manufactures. Inevitably we are seeing mass delays in our ability to fulfill items within a more traditional time frame. Although, some items may ship in a day others may take weeks or months. The manufacturer are moving production dates as the situation with the production facility is dynamic.
We do apologize. As per the banner on our website as well as the check out page, we do let customers know that due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the issues it has put on the local and global supply chain, this can lead to delays in getting the product.
We do allow free cancellations on items before they ship. Your card will be charged once you place the order which will hold your place in que for backordered items.
